Return Requirements

All returns must be accompanied by the completed Return Form. Please ensure the original invoice and all original tags are attached. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order shipment date. Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unwashed. Products should be sent with the original invoice and packaging materials, with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

Shipping products back to our facility is at your expense, using the shipping carrier of your choice. Returns will be processed within approximately 2 weeks after they are received.

Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage to products due to shipping & handling, regular wear, or washing. Please ensure proper handling and care of your items.

Refund Process
